In addition to the provision of our standard property and asset management services, we possess extensive experience in the management of distressed properties.

In this capacity we work in conjunction with the lender and/or receiver to fulfil the asset management requirements of the lender.

This may be as simple as providing a rent collection service and offering advice to protect the lender from statutory requirements, through to providing tailored advice on strategic asset management. As an independent managing agent we can work as part of a professional team, or as the asset manager providing advice on a strategy to enhance value.
