Encompassed within our new Corporate Recovery Service
Team, Collier & Madge plc have been appointed managing agents,
acting on behalf of Peter Welborn & N Nattress Joint LPA Receivers
over a country wide retail and office portfolio consisting of 13
units. We will be assisting the Receivers in securing the rental
income and ensuring the buildings are managed effectively.
In addition
we are delighted to be assisting Peter Welborn & N Nattress
in the management of 80,000sqft multi-tenanted office block with
a retail parade below, located in Thornton Heath.
Collier &
Madge plc have been retained to act as Managing Agents on behalf
of the Receivers for Gold 12 and ROF portfolios.

We are delighted to be appointed managing agents for
the High Holborn Estate, which consists of 9 adjoining properties.
The site includes High Holborn House and has a combined square footage
of circa 140,000 sqft. We will be acting in conjunction with the
asset managers Allsop LLP on behalf of Holborn Unit Property Trust.

Collier & Madge plc is delighted to announce two
new members of staff: Peter
Deehan has joined as Director of Building Surveying and will
be responsible for developing professional building surveying advice.
He came to us from Arcadis AYH. David
Upton, our new Finance Director, joins as part of the strategic
development of the Company and to strengthen the Property Management
provision to clients.
We are pleased to announce that both Ivan
Harrison and David
Gaffney have successfully achieved Chartered Surveyor status
through our graduate training programme.
