Congratulations go to Mandy Langley in the Accounts
team who recently raised £1,752 for Maggie’s Cancer
Centres. Mandy completed a 20 mile night hike in September taking

We are delighted to confirm our instruction, on behalf
of PDPF GP Ltd, to asset manage Junction One Retail Park, Rugby
– a retail park totalling circa 171,000 sqft.

Banner St, London EC1; a multi-let property comprising circa 22,400
sqft.
Collier & Madge plc is delighted to receive a Certificate
of Achievement from Peninsula Business Services for "Commitment
to a High Standard of Personnel Practice". This is in recognition
of our outstanding commitment to quality personnel management and
for our efforts to introduce and establish effective employment
documentation.
From 1 October 2008, all properties made for sale,
rent or build will require an Energy Performance
Certificate (EPC). Collier & Madge plc can provide valuable
expert advice and assistance on all aspects of EPCs.
July 2008
City Parochial Foundation has completed the purchase
of 128/129 Cheapside, London EC2. This will form part of their property
portfolio under our management. The building comprises two retail
units with offices above and is approximately 8500 sqft.
As part of our continued growth in
the independent review of service charges, we have been appointed
by a leading Data Systems company to review the service charge provisions
relating to one of their occupational offices in the North West
of England.

New Instructions
Rock Investments has confirmed
the appointment of Collier & Madge plc to manage the Cannon Street
Estate, which comprises two multi-let properties totaling circa
21,000 sqft.
Collier & Madge plc has been instructed to manage 17
St Helens Place, EC3 and Heritage House, High Street, Sutton on
behalf of Dawnay Day.
On behalf of CIT, Collier & Madge plc has been instructed in relation to the management of
230 and 240 Bartley Wood Business Park, Hook. The buildings are
circa 74,000 sqft and 47,000 sqft respectively and are currently
undergoing major refurbishment. Following the refurbishment we will
be working closely with the letting agents (Strutt and Parker and
Hollis Hockley) to engineer a successful letting campaign.
GAT Investments has completed
the purchase of a single let property on Cornmarket Street, Oxford,
the management of which will be incorporated in to the ongoing portfolio
management.

its 10th birthday by holding a reception at Vintner’s Hall
to show past and present clients our appreciation for their support.
