Collier & Madge was delighted to sponsor an event
at Lords on 15 December to celebrate Ian Bell's Ashes win and for
his benefit year. The lunch for sponsors and guests was held in
the Long Room followed by fundraising in support of the Acorns Children’s
Hospice.
Various items of memorabilia were auctioned and just
under £15,000 was raised all of which will be donated to the
hospice.

Collier and Madge has recently taken on two apprentices,
Clay Davies and Jack Cohring, studying under the Chartered Surveyors
Training Trust (www.cstt.org.uk).
We are delighted to support this apprenticeship and provide experience
and guidance for the candidates to achieve their career goals and
achieve MRICS status through our APC training scheme.

Collier & Madge is pleased to announce the instruction
to manage a further four properties in the City on behalf of our
existing client, A&A Properties. The office use premises total
approximately 170,000sqft bringing the managed portfolio to in excess
of 380,000sqft within the West End and the City.
Collier & Madge is delighted to confirm its appointment
on a UK wide portfolio consisting of five FRI properties, with a
rent roll of circa £2.9 million and combined floor area of
274,144 sq ft. The appointment is on behalf of clients of CIT Group
plc.

LPA Receivers, Collier & Madge has been appointed as managing
agents for a nationwide portfolio of mixed commercial properties.
The portfolio consists of 16 properties with a combined rent roll
of approximately £4.4 million per annum.

On behalf of Fixed Charge Receivers, Collier &
Madge has been appointed to manage Millennium Plaza, Cardiff. One
of the largest leisure schemes in Cardiff it comprises a cinema
complex of circa 62,000sqft plus a further 70,000sqft of leisure
space.
We are pleased to confirm the Corporate Recovery Team
have been appointed as managing agents for a large mixed use portfolio
in the Greater London area. The portfolio comprises 18 properties
and 178 units, with a mix of office, retail and residential units.
