Our cycle team did an amazing job on Sunday in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research, especially as it was the hottest day of the year so far! Peter, John, Ivan, Matthew, Danielle, Wayne and James slogged it out round the 52 mile course.

The Collier & Madge sponsored cycle team are almost at peak fitness ready for the big event on 27 June. They will be cycling 52 miles round London in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. They are in their 50th year and all contributions will make a real difference to the lives of 28,500 people diagnosed every year with a blood cancer. Our Building Surveyors were spotted flying high over London during a recent Sunday morning. The team specialises in undertaking Planned Maintenance reports including the high level roofs, gutters and chimneys which, in this case, could only be viewed from a mobile ‘cherry picker’.

Our team of hardy cyclists are, as we speak, readying themselves and abstaining from all but high energy health drinks in preparation for our Olympian effort to cycle 52 miles around London on 27 June, in aid of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.

We are pleased to confirm our instruction to manage the Kingswell Centre, Heath Street, Hampstead on behalf of PDPF. The Centre is a mixed use development comprising of 17 units.

We are also pleased to announce CIT Group's management instruction of the single-let 112,000sqft EDF Energy call centre through the purchase of Endeavour House, Doxford International Business Park, Sunderland. This instruction will be incorporated within the existing portfolio management.
