Andrew is a founder director of Collier & Madge plc formed in 1998.

Andrew leads the Board of Directors in setting broad corporate goals and reports to the Company shareholders.

Extensive experience in management, professional services and client representation.

Held administrative positions at a number of sports clubs including captaining the RICS tennis section. Golf is his main interest now.

Andrew and his wife Sally live in Chorleywood and have two sons.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Paul is a founder member of Collier & Madge plc formed in 1998.

Paul is responsible for day-to-day management of the business ensuring that the company’s existing clients are receiving an excellent level of service and developing new clients. Paul has over twenty years experience in property management and is a former Director of Lambert Smith Hampton.

Paul enjoys most sports including football, cricket, badminton and sailing.

Paul lives in Kent with wife Julie and his two young children.

Paul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a current APC assessor.

John has been a Director of Collier & Madge plc since January 2008, having joined the company in January 2002.

John is head of the Collier & Madge plc Corporate Recovery Team and acts for various banks and receivers. John is a member of the Operational Board and actively develops new business.

As well as participating and watching most sports John is a keen golfer and regularly plays 5-a-side football.

Recently married, John lives in Shepherds Bush but originates from Stockport, Greater Manchester.

John is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Chris joined Collier & Madge plc in 2003 and has been a Director since January 2008. He has over 15 years of experience managing commercial property throughout the UK.

Chris is responsible for the overall management of a number portfolios for our main clients, the graduate programme at Collier & Madge plc, works alongside our Finance Director leading the well resourced accounts team and sits on the Operational Board.

He is a member of the Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors and also a current APC assessor.

Chris originates from Newcastle and lives with his wife Niki and three young girls in the Twickenham area and can often be found enjoying sporting events at Wembley, Twickenham and The Oval.

Peter joined the company in May 2009 to lead our building surveying team. He has over 20 years of experience working in Central London property and construction fields for a wide range of clients through public, private and institutional sectors.

His building surveying team is actively developing relationships with and providing building surveying services to the firm’s clients, whilst also maintaining independent client lists. The particular strengths of the team are technical due diligence, project monitoring and small works.

Married with two children, Peter lives in Twickenham.

Peter is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Dave joined Collier & Madge plc in April 2009 as Finance Director and is responsible for the team of client accountants as well as contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Dave is a chartered accountant (ICAEW) having qualified with Ernst & Young over 10 years ago. He subsequently gained commercial finance experience with a broad range of FTSE and entrepreneurial businesses.
